Should The Blog Stay Or Go?

I need your opinions. Should this blog stay here, or should it just get locked away forever?
When this blog was first created it was supposed to be a bit of humor about people that frequent online forums. Yes, I am sure it has upset a few of the "actors" that were poked fun of.
But, please remember that everything came from the Internet, and was put out there by people before we ever got hold of it.

I do have to say that I noticed that over time it became a place for many to "vent". A place to "vent" can be a good thing, IMO.

I was busy for awhile and had the blog locked. Did anyone miss it? Or were you glad it was gone? Let us know in the comments.

This month's Jackass Award was a no brainer!
The Jackass Award for the month of July goes to the SM forum poster "Dolce".
Dolce posted for almost 9 months all about her pregnancy and her fraternal twins.
She posted pictures of her house, her pool, her babies's nursery etc etc.
She posted pictures of herself and her belly along the way.
Then it happened! On June 7th the newborn babies arrived! Noah and Sophia were 5lbs and 12 inches and 13 inches in length. The baby pictures were posted and everyone congratulated Dolce and gave their blessings. What a blessed life Miss Dolce lived, or so she said. She had a brand new expensive car, and a personal driver. She had a Nanny lined up to help her with the babies. She had a LV diaper bag that cost in excess of $2,000.00. She had a chocolate Diamond ring from Tiffanys. She had it all. And let us not forget that she is a fashion designer.

Then, it all slowly unraveled. 12 and 13 inch babies that she carried 41 weeks ? ! The baby pictures were obviously not even newborns. Not only that, they were NOT her babies!
Dolce, you are soooooooooo BUSTED.

What a lying Jackass you are! You lead so many caring people on a journey of deceit.

Uh, if you haven't noticed, I am pretty far away to be doing anything, and if I wasn't far, then I'd do what I could, but it would not include sitting on my ass at the computer, forum hopping, just to get my name out there. It is yet again time for the Internet Jackass of the Month Award. This Award is once again going to a poster with a very inflated ego. The Award for the month of June goes to Bleachedblack. It seems to me that she has worked very diligently to receive this. Carrying on at several different online forums acting as some type of vigilante online. Starting polls to have fellow posters banned at the Goldmonkey forum. Then, wandering over to the Scaredmonkey forum to carry on an argument with the very person she wanted banned at Goldmonkey. Also, to argue with anyone who questioned her motives. Here are her most recent posts at Scaredmonkeys, before being banned there. 34 out of 40 of the posts are of an argumentative nature. Unethical Behaviors Online

I really hate to have to do another post so soon about the goldmonkey forum. But I just could not ignore this opportunity to show people what can happen during the course of forum wars.

Blogs such as this one may pop up on the internet. People post on various forums or blogs about the gripes they have with other forums or their posters.

Now one can chose to do this the right way or the wrong way, IMO.

It seems that the goldmonkey forum has added a sitemeter to their site. That is fine in most cases. I have one here just to see how much traffic I get. The intent of the goldmonkey forum however was not the same. They wanted to be able to see who comes there to read so that they could publicly post the ips of the visitors. Then, they go on to say who they think that visitor is. Oh that visitor lives in Timbuck 2, so it must be so and so. In my opinion that is as bad as giving out a real life name or location of a poster. Not too cool eh?

One thing I will promise here, and that is no real life names of posters will ever be found on this blog. No real life locations or ips of anyone will ever be found on this blog.

Why? Because it just is not the right thing to do.

Just sayin. It is unethical. IMO of course.

There have been some blogs developed to discuss the "falling out" of different forums or it's members.
I found an interesting blog called scribblemuse.com.

It seems that this blog author was a member of websleuths truecrime forum. She also joined justicequest forum. From what I can gather these two forums she joined are at odds with one another. It seems that she got caught up in the middle of some forum wars. It seems that she has been banned now from justicequest, and thus has started her own site.

Correction: She has had her site before joining the two aforementioned sites.

In this day and age of the Internet, there are so many articles and photos posted across the world wide web. Some people protect their articles and or photos by copyright etc. Nothing wrong with that. But when you steal another website's articles then try to copyright them as your own, something is very wrong there!

There is a group of disgruntled former monkeys. They made a website called chatandgrumble. They steal articles and photographs from all over the internet, and copyright these articles and photos as "CNG Research". They think as long as they call it research that gives them the legal right to do so. Wrong! Not only is it wrong, it is disrespectful, shame on these sheeple!

A recent example of such behaviour was posted at the scaredmonkeys site by klaasend, the administrator. Johan, you are so busted!! This is not your property no matter how much you try to make it so! I have to sit here and just laugh at these losers.

Internet and all get along = oxymoron. Especially at a forum such as goldmonkey where there is no administration. Yes, you read right. From what I have heard, no one is in charge over there. Carnut built the place, but he wants no duties in keeping everyone in line. So he just tells everyone that it is their forum.

This is why many members have left over there.

Btgirl started a thread at goldmonkey.org with a poll in it. She wanted members to vote on whether or not to continue on with forum wars .

Crazy Internet Posters

I have seen some crazy people post on Internet Forums and Message boards. Most people there are ok and just concerned.

However some really strange and or crazy people come out of the woodwork. I am not saying all posters are crazy, but there certainly are a few who are.

One such poster is "Destiny". Somehow, this woman thinks she is the appointed one. She calls people in Aruba on the telephone about the Natalee Holloway case. She also called the bounty hunter Leonard Padilla asking questions about the Caylee Anthony case. Now she is claiming to have called Fred Golba who just did a search in Aruba for Dave Holloway.

This woman is out of her mind, LOL. Why is she calling all these people?

Can you even begin to imagine being on the other end of a telephone when she calls?

They must laugh like hell. Then they make fun of her when they hang up. Can't you just hear this woman, "Hello, I am some crazy woman from the internet who wants to know all of your business."

I found a really neat site that let's you enter different websites to see what they are worth. Here below are some of the results that I have come up with so far. Do you all remember Murt? If you don't it is a long story, but reading at this aforementioned blog may help to fill in some of the blanks. When the Caylee Anthony case hit the Internet, Murt became an Internet sensation for awhile. I even ventured on over to his live chat from time to time. It was entertaining if nothing else. Murt travels around to crime scenes with a web cam.
He then live streams himself on the internet, and people get to chat with him about the goings on. Some of the best drama I have ever seen was over at his live chats!

I served twice since then!! They got me back!!! lolTHEN...7 years ago a semi hit Nicholas and I....it was truckers fault...but he didn't admit it...I won that case. That is part of civil court records.Wanna know why I am telling you this? Because I had no idea it was public record until today....wanna know how I found out it was public record? Kermit the frog at Scared Monkeys is doing background checks on every former poster that did not believe her Persistence theory and was banned, I shit you not Jug!!! She found a picture of me from a real estate site and posted it along with these court records. Guess what!? I just discovered that I have LMN on my cable! I don't know how long I've had it but just discovered it today as I was letting the TV Guide screen scroll by! I knew they had added some channels but thought they were added to the Digital Cable and I don't have digital. Now I can watch the movie and my DD does not have to DVR it for me! I would have been SO mad at myself if I had discovered it after tomorrow night! doh.

Who Stole Free Speech Online

Well I will be darned. I always read over at http://topix.com/ at the online messageboards they have.

I love to see people interact over there. They have approx. 360,000 topics at the moment to choose from. I have been following the topic about the former Moderator Windchime from Websleuths Forum being banned. She was a Moderator on a missing person's forum till her background criminal record on child abuse was exposed. This is a subject that deserves to be talked about. How it was dealt with also deserves conversation and discussion.

So today I wander on over there to the topic and got quite a shock. The topic formerly had 1,960 posts in it. It now only shows 33 ( at the time I am writing this ). That means that over 1,950 posts went POOF. When you go to the topic in question look at the number that post should really be.

In reading the 33 posts that are still remaining it becomes obvious that The owner of Websleuths had topix.com remove all the posts by threatening who knows what if they didn't comply. She didn't like what people who posted at topix in that thread had to say about her site.

WTF???? So what, you don't like what they say so you have that whole topic pulled?

People should have freedom of speech. I can understand if there were threats made or the like. That shouldn't happen anywhere. But just because you don't like people talking bad about your site? You just gave people more to talk about now!.

I must say I am very Flattered right about now. I have found out that some have created a blog to Imitate Me. And that that they call themselves idiots online.

I can't make this stuff up, this is all true people. LOL.

I could not have given them a better name!

Some forums have super secret "hidey holes", or threads or areas that can only viewed by certain members. For instance, at Websleuths they have "The Parking Lot."

At Refugeesunleashed they have the "Heated Exchange".

The hidey holes are filled with all kinds of super duper top secrets. HA HA HA.

Some forums use these hidden threads to mock or talk about other people.

Some just hide posts that they copy and paste from other forums.
